Visa Letter of Invitation Request Form

To create an Official Letter of Invitation from CONSTRUCT2010 and The TFM Show, please fill in the fields below. Please include complete and accurate information about you and your company, including passport number, gender and city of birth.  At the very bottom, make sure you agree that the information is accurate and then click "Generate Printable PDF" to shorten your wait time.

Incomplete information will not generate a letter that is valid for use in your visa interview.

PLEASE NOTE:  We very rarely mail letters to foreign countries, except under extraordinary circumstances.  To complete this process, we require a valid email address for correspondence, a shipping account number (if you require express shipping), and a complete destination mailing from you in order to fulfill your request for a Letter of Invitation.  Requests that do not include a valid email address will not receive an original Letter of Invitation

Thank you for your request for an invitation to attend CONSTRUCT2010 and The The TFM Show held May 11-14, 2010  at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA. The shows, both owned and produced by Hanley Wood Exhibitions, are the leading trade shows and conferences for the commercial building industry.  It is understood that the invitee or invitee’s company shall pay all expenses for invitee to attend these side-by-side events.  These expenses include, but are not limited to, airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation and incidentals.

In order to visit the United States, you will need to obtain a visa for this purpose.  To see what your specific VISA requirements and wait times are, Show Management highly recommends that you visit your the U.S. Department of State website which can link you to information about your U.S. Embassy or Consulate. The timeframes for visa processing are difficult to predict, therefore, it is recommended to apply at least three to four months prior to your travel date to avoid frustration.

This letter may be printed and used for your visa interview as supporting documentation from CONSTRUCT2010, The TFM Show and/or Hanley Wood Exhibitions.  Emailed copies may be accepted but it is recommended that you review your U.S. Embassy or Consulate’s website for specific requirements.  Please remember that your letter does not guarantee you your Visa - it is one piece that your U.S. Embassy or Consulate will look at to determine your eligibility for a Visa.  Unfortunately, Show Management is not able to contact U.S. Embassies or Consulates in support of or on behalf of any individual attempting to gain entry into the U.S. to attend CONSTRUCT2010 and The TFM Show.
