PLEASE NOTE: Show Management for StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas very rarely mail letters to foreign countries, except under extraordinary circumstances. Thank you for your requesting an invitation to attend the StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas 2011 Trade Show and Conference. The show will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 24-27, 2011. StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas is produced by Hanley Wood Exhibitions and sponsored by the Marble Institute of America (MIA) and Natural Stone Council (NSC). It is understood that you or your company will be responsible for all expenses associated with attending the show. These expenses include, but are not limited to, airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation and incidentals.
In order to visit the United States, you will need to obtain a visa for this purpose. StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas highly recommends that you visit your U.S. Embassy or Consulate’s website at http://usembassy.state.gov/ to see what your specific VISA requirements and wait times are. The timeframes for visa processing are difficult to predict, therefore, it is recommended to apply at least three months prior to your travel date to avoid frustration.
At your VISA interview, this letter, from StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas and Hanley Wood Exhibitions, may serve as supporting documentation. Please understand that your letter alone does not guarantee you your Visa, it is one piece that your U.S. Embassy will look at to determine your eligibility for a Visa. Unfortunately, I am not able to contact U.S. Embassies or Consulates in support or on behalf of an individual attempting to gain entry into the U.S. to attend StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas 2011.
